Rotary Club of Ardmore

Our
Mission

We are a service Club whose members, in fellowship with one another and Rotarians in countries everywhere, dedicate their time, talents and resources to improve the lives of people in our community and around the world.

Who
We Are

Established in 1925, Ardmore Rotary Club is one of over 32,000 Rotary Clubs throughout the world, all of which are members of the Rotary International organization based in Evanston, Illinois.

Our Club meets Thursdays at noon at Merion Cricket Club in Haverford.  We enjoy a fabulous lunch and each other’s friendship, and discuss our activities and projects.  We also hear from guest speakers who focus on a variety of interesting and informative topics.

We engage in many service projects and activities that benefit and enrich lives of people in and beyond our community. While these require a combination of our time and financial resources, they all happen because of our belief in each member’s abilities, our collective vision, and our work. In short, we believe, we dream, and we act!

Rotary
International

While Ardmore Rotary Club functions largely autonomously, like other Rotary Clubs, we benefit in countless ways from being part of Rotary International. As Rotarians, we contribute to the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, one of the charitable organizations rated by Charity Navigator with a perfect “100” rating.  www.rotary.org

Ardmore Rotary Foundation

Ardmore Rotary Foundation is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation established by the Ardmore Rotary Club to facilitate its charitable work through its ability to receive donations that are tax-deductible for the donor.  Most funds we raise go into Ardmore Rotary Foundation and are distributed to support designated charitable causes.  The operational expenses of the Foundation are funded by the Club.
